This FREE course will focus on how to access your inner resources for wellbeing and resilience, as a foundation, that can support you both in your efforts towards seeking employment and in your life in general.
The course will run for 6 weeks Start date: 12th of February 2021 End date: 19th of March 2021 Occurrence: Every Friday Time: 11am – 12.30pm Location: Zoom
