Our Support

COVID 19

During these unprecedented times we want you to know we are still here for you offering the same services just in a different way.  As Government restrictions continue to ease we will adapt and change the way we can support you.

Since March we have been working to support 1000's of Carers and Young Carers to ensure we continue to "make a difference"

We continue to offer Carers peer Zoom support meetings, see below for joining details and a quick guide on how to join, or phone our support team who will assist you.

We produced a COVID 19 emergency newsletter posted to all carers on our database, its also included on this website under our News section.

As information changes all the time please ensure you call us if you need support as our team here are always updating as new information becomes available.

The office is now open 9am till 4pm Monday to Friday

Our staff are all working as part of a reduced office rota including working from home, so if you need us ring the office and we will ensure the right person rings you back

We have been offering Carers courtesy telephone calls which have been well received and we have been able to help in many ways

We are starting to offer face to face support in some of our services ensuring all GOV guidelines are adhered to.

Due to the current Pandemic as you all know our regular support groups have all been put on hold, therefore every Wednesday  we are holding weekly zoom meetings for all our Carers. This will be the perfect opportunity to have a chat with our staff and other Carers. We are encouraging you take a break from your caring role for an hour, sit down with a cuppa and make some new friends. We look forward to seeing you all on zoom.
