Working for Carers Mindfulness and Resilience Course

This course will take the core skills of mindfulness and resilience and apply them practically to your next steps in life. This will include:

• Getting to know and understand yourself more deeply: your values, passions and strengths

• Understanding and relating to other people and cultivating emotional intelligence

• Developing an action plan to follow through on your aspirations in life – including around getting back to work, education or training
